Location

 Same GREAT location as last year – Indian Head Camp in Lookout, PA, just 17 miles north of Honesdale, PA (37.3 miles north of Interstate 84, exit #17) on PA 191  (GPS coordinates 41Ί 47.778’ North, 75Ί 10.882’ West) – where the Poconos meet the Endless Mountain region with cabins, camping, community hall and dining  room. We have the whole camp for our Beemer friends and guests and the beautiful  mountainous and  rural Pennsylvania and New York terrain to enjoy. 

 
Meals will be prepared by the Camp chefs and include Friday and Saturday evening dinners, Saturday and Sunday cooked breakfasts, all served in the dining hall, plus a BBQ lunch on Saturday. There will be bonfires both Friday and Saturday evening. 

We will have guided rides Saturday morning and afternoon, as well as a GS ride and lots of brochures and information on self- guided rides in the area.

Be prepared to experience an exciting, ride filled, back-road-rambling rally featuring Pocono attractions, shopping, exploring, fine dining, and fellowship. Within easy riding distance you will find anthracite coal region tours; deep mine tours; Steamtown National Park and steam train excursions. It’s all in what you like and want to do. The Poconos and Northeast Pennsylvania have it all.

Delaware River National Recreation Areas, Bushkill Falls, Zane Grey House, Roebling Suspension Bridge/Aqueduct, town of Milford, Grey Towers, Hawk’s Nest, Lake Wallenpaupak (ski boat and jet ski rentals), antique shops, crafts from candles to woolens.

Cost for a full weekend including bunk space (camping is available if you prefer to tent), and 5 meals is $65.00 with your preregistration postmarked by September 10, or $73.00 for on-site registration. In addition, there will be a limited number of private rooms available for an additional $30 per room for the rally. Registration begins at 12:00 PM on Friday and departure follows breakfast on Sunday morning. To reserve your bunk space, or your place in the leaves.

Indian Head Camp!  A TERRIFIC place for a rally!


Indian Head Camp is rated one of the most outstanding youth camp resorts on the East Coast. The camp has great cabins with bathrooms and shower facilities (in the cabins), a covered pavilion, tennis courts, private lake, fishing, hiking, wildlife, dining hall, social areas, as well as tent camping and trail walking.

Friday night

• Pizza and Wings – we will be sure to have leftovers for the late arrivals

• OK to BYOB

• Up the Creek Tour Results

• Reunions and stories at the bon-fire

• Motorcycle oriented movie

Saturday

• Hot breakfast from 6AM to 9AM
• Morning road rides – 9AM to noon
• GS ride
• BBQ Lunch at noon
• Afternoon road rides – 1PM to 4PM
• Evening cocktail hour, BYOB 4PM to ??
• Dinner menu TBD
• Awards, 50-50 raffle, door prizes, etc. after dinner
• Bonfire after dinner


Sunday

• Hot breakfast until 9 AM
